Southwestern mama who feels the mountains and desert in her dreams. She gathers the artifacts, she knows what presence and spirituality went in to their crafting. First comes the collection of these totems, then the passing on.
"Dirty Feathers" was an organic next step for founder Linze Mason after she moved to New York City from the southwest.
The idea came to life after living on the road and her longing to always go back to the American west.
Growing up in Colorado and frequently visiting the four corner states, she always felt a longing for the mountains and their connection with the natural desert artifacts that she grew up with surrounded by as decor in her mother's home.
Her “Feather Finds” are hand picked by Linze and her mother with only items that they feel a connection to.
